By using the Briah Tech website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

  • Briah Tech provides software development, cybersecurity, and related technology services as outlined in individual project proposals and service agreements.
  • All service engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
  • Services are provided on a best-effort basis with milestones and deliverables defined per project.

Payment Terms

  • Projects are typically structured with staged payments: 40% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 20% on delivery.
  • Payment terms for each project are defined in the signed proposal.
  • Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.
  • Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full and final payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project.
  • Briah Tech retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge developed during projects.
  • We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Third-party software, libraries, and frameworks are subject to their respective licences.

Warranties & Liability

  • We provide a 30-day warranty on all delivered work covering bugs and defects in our code.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client-side modifications.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data unless we are providing an active backup service.

Confidentiality

  • We treat all client information, business requirements, and project details as confidential.
  • We will sign an NDA upon client request before any sensitive project discussions.
  • Team members are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding client work.

  • Pricing shown is indicative. Final pricing requires a formal project scoping and proposal.
  • You may not use our website content, designs, or materials without written permission.
